This work explores historical fairytales, family artifacts, community connections and my Jewish family heritage through installation, art works and theatrical movements.
The ritual of storytelling connects us to each other. We may be told or read the same story repeatedly, or we may tell stories in a group, creating a sense of community, and giving us tools that we can use to navigate the world through common language and archetypes. Our cultures shape our stories, and our stories shape our culture.
